The restaurant Alfonso Valderas began its journey in 1998. It was the bet of Alfonso, who was born in Valderas, to bring their traditional “Valderas cod”(cod in olive oil, garlic and paprika), to the centre of the beautiful city of León. In this objective he always wanted to make this peculiar fish its specialty. During these almost 20 years, the restaurant has offered more than twenty different ways to taste this great product. Likewise, red meat, of excellent quality, has become the other specialty of the house.
Every year we celebrate the “Days of Cod and Red Meat”, using the best products and the highest quality. There we made the difference.
