Our history begins with Alfonso’s eagerness to bring the speciality of his village, Valderas, salted cod, to the city of León. The daily demand for good practice and his love for the tastes and pleasures of good food, is something he has always eagerly transmitted, both to his team and his customers. With the generational handover in 2023, his daughters Carlota and Raquel are in charge of leading the restaurant into a new era by preserving the same philosophy.
We have carefully selected the dishes that are best suited to the “TakeAway” format, so that you can order your meal and enjoy it wherever you want.
We are an establishment advised by ACECALE (Celiac Association of Castilla y León) and our menu includes a wide variety of dishes suitable for celiacs.
We offer special menus and private rooms to suit your needs and those of your guests for any special occasion.
